Court to decide on Apandi Ali appeal in defamation suit on Oct10

PUTRAJAYA, Sept 4 — The Court of Appeal has fixed Oct 10, to give the verdict on an appeal by former Attorney-General (AG) Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali against a High Court’s dismissal of his RM10 million defamation suit against Tan Sri Lim Kit Siang.
